How do I migrate from another host?
Send us your existing site as a zip (or cPanel backup) plus a database dump. We move it for you free of charge, then point you at the new container to verify. Once you're happy, you update DNS and we cut over.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes — 14 days, no questions asked. Email Eric within the first two weeks if you're not happy and you get a full refund.
Where are your servers located?
US-based infrastructure with dedicated egress IPs for clean reputation. Edge serving for fast global delivery.
Is my data backed up?
Yes — daily off-host backups on every tier. Snapshot restores are a click in the panel. We also recommend you keep your own copy of anything irreplaceable; defense in depth applies to you, not just us.
What if my site gets hacked?
We restore from the most recent clean backup, help you figure out the entry point, and patch the gap. If you're on WordPress, our WAF rules block most routine attacks before you even notice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, no contracts. Cancel from the panel, no retention call required.
Do you accept crypto?
Not yet — payments go through Stripe (cards). We may add crypto later if there's demand.
What's the uptime target?
99.9% target on web and VPS. Status page coming soon — for now, if you ever notice an outage and want a credit, just email and ask.
Can I host a high-traffic site?
The bigger Web Business tier and VPS-XL / XXL tiers are sized for it, and our edge layer absorbs spikes. If you expect sustained heavy traffic (think 100k+ daily visitors), email us first and we'll spec it together.
Do you provide email hosting?
We recommend Fastmail / Migadu / Proton for email — running mail on the same box as a web host is a bad pattern. We help configure your domain's SPF/DKIM/DMARC against your chosen mail provider at no charge.
